This book is my “retelling” of an ancient folk legend upon which the famous Japanese Noh Play, Hagoromo (Feather Robe) is based. A humble fisherman finds a magical robe belonging to an angel. At first he insists upon keeping it, but is finally persuaded to return it in exchange for a divine gift.
