About The Mer Musician

Based on legends and fairy tales of Irish selkies (seal maidens) and merrow, “The Mer Musician” tells the story of a mermaid who spirits a fisherman’s son to her undersea kingdom to play for her ailing father, The Mer King. What happens then is a twist on the traditional story of unions between merfolk and humans.
